Our additional costs are as follows:

All units come standard with:
- A bed frame
- A desk
- A wardrobe
- A fridge.
Students are required to provide their own mattress and office chair.
That is allowed. You are free to furnish your unit and make it feel like home.
If you prefer to bring your own bed frame or other furniture, we kindly ask you to store our furniture at home.
Hanging items on the wall with nails or drilling into the wall is not allowed.
The deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent and is required to be paid along with signing the contract.
Registrations are done through the form on our website under "Rent Now."
- Once you have filled out the form on the website, you will receive a confirmation from us.
- Afterwards, we will prepare the contracts and send them to you.
- We ask you to pay the deposit and the first flat-rate fee, along with signing the contract.
- Once this is done, you will receive the fully signed contract from us, and it will start on September 15th of the upcoming year.
Contracts with us are always 12-month contracts.

When should you call the emergency number?
In case of urgent emergencies (fire, medical emergency, burglary, etc.), first call the emergency services. Afterward, contact us.
When should you NOT call the emergency number?
You should not call the emergency number for issues like a leaking faucet, a broken lamp, or when the internet is not working. For these technical issues, contact us during office hours!
