Welcome to your ideal student spot!
Located in green, quiet surroundings and just 600 metres from Thomas More campus, we offer modern and comfortable student rooms and studios ranging from 12 to 30m². All rooms are equipped with their own fridge and clean white furniture: bed, desk, wardrobe and practical bookmarks. Sinks are provided in each room, and you share the showers and toilets with a limited number of fellow students.
Our studios (25 to 32m²) offer more privacy, with their own kitchen and shower. The common areas, such as the corridors, toilets and showers, are thoroughly cleaned weekly. And of course, we make sure that toilet paper, kitchen towels and washing-up utensils are always available.
Renovated communal relaxation area with sofas, flat-screen TV and a kicker table - the perfect place to chill with friends!
With us, you can also opt for a all-in price: energy consumption, water, electricity, service charges and cleaning maintenance are fully included.
The student house is a completely renovated and cosy building, located in a beautiful 8500m² park. And with the college within walking distance (600m), you are always close to where you need to be.
Always contactable: Eric, our person in charge, is there for you. For questions or minor repairs, he is always available and will help you quickly.
Inside the building you will enjoy fast wifi in every room and an individual Business Internet connection, so you can surf, stream and download unlimited content. Of course, there is also a TV connection in every room.
You will find everything you need in the communal kitchens:

- Sitting area for cosy moments
- Flat-screen TV in the common areas
And of course there are renovated showers and toilets, a bicycle shed and free parking for your car. For some extra relaxation, there is a large garden with BBQ, petanque and space for a game of football!

- Studio type 25m² with separate bedroom, own fridge and kitchen, bed, desk, wardrobe and washbasin: €350/month rented
- Room 18-22m² with studio comfort, own fridge, bed, desk, wardrobe and private bathroom: €345-370/month rented
- Furnished room 18m² with private bathroom and fridge: € 370 - € 375/monthrented
- Studios 25-32m² with separate bedroom, own kitchen, bed, desk, wardrobe: € 390 - € 425/monthrented
Expenses
An amount of €25 for the expense allowance is exclusive of the rent to be paid monthly.
This amount includes:
- Cleaning maintenance of common parts such as kitchen, toilet, shower, stairwell, corridors, garden maintenance.
- Maintenance of fire protection facilities
- Fire insurance with ‘waiver of recourse’
- Cleaning equipment
- Toilet paper in the communal toilets
- Rubbish bags in the communal kitchen
- Residual waste and paper container
- Handyman service for urgent repairs
You pay €100 a year for the telecom facilities in the building. You then have a WIFI Business Internet connection with unlimited download capacity and unlimited in devices.
The city fee is €50 a year.
Individual energy consumption is charged separately.
The deposit is 2 months' rent.
